The evidence-package method
Most appeals fail because the appeal letter is two sentences saying "please reinstate." Google needs documentation. Submit a single PDF dossier with:
- EIN documentation.
- State contractor license.
- Certificate of insurance.
- Utility bill at business address.
- Photos of branded trucks / signage.
- Signed customer contracts (redacted).
- Public mentions — chamber listings, BBB.
The appeal letter
4 paragraphs. Acknowledge the policy. Explain how you comply. Reference the evidence package. Request review. No emotional pleading.
