The short version
We collect what we need to do our work — your name, email, phone, business info. We don't sell it. We don't share it with people who don't need it. You can ask us to delete it anytime. SMS messages from Heist are transactional and you can reply STOP to unsubscribe.

1 · Who we are
Heist Marketing ("Heist," "we," "us") is a contractor marketing agency located in Johnson City, Tennessee. We operate heistmarketing.org and the proprietary Heist Labs platform.
2 · What we collect
- Contact info you give us: name, email, phone number, company name, website URL, and anything you type into a form or send by text or email.
- Usage data: pages visited on this site, referring source, device type. We use analytics to understand what's working and improve the site.
- Service data: if you become a client, we hold the data needed to run your marketing — your CRM contacts, your campaign performance, your GBP analytics, etc. It lives in your account, not ours.
3 · How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry.
- To send the strategy call calendar, follow-up emails, or texts you've asked for.
- To deliver our services if you become a client.
- To occasionally share Heist content, case studies, or strategy notes — you can opt out anytime.
4 · SMS / text messaging
When you give us your phone number, you may receive transactional messages about your inquiry, scheduled calls, or active client work. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. We comply with all applicable A2P 10DLC regulations and never share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.
5 · Who we share with
Nobody we don't have to. The short list:
- Service providers we use to run the business (email, calendar, payment processing) — bound by their own privacy commitments.
- Legal authorities if we're required by law.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train third-party models.
6 · Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- See what data we have on you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your data entirely.
- Stop hearing from us.
